This is a completely non-obligatory step that involves the valuation of your property based on financial, market and demographic data. It includes professional drone photography and a rental unit competitor analysis. This step is at no expense to the property owner and is done complimentary in an attempt to win your business. The data assimilated for this valuation is of serious material value which makes this step highly recommended regardless of whether you are considering selling your property or not. Should you choose to hire Hope Brothers to list your property, expect a closing within 4 to 6 months after the execution of a listing agreement.

Our process involves direct mailing, targeted text messages, posts on public and private real estate investment websites and personal phone calls to buyers. This takes place over a period of 6 to 8 weeks after listing launch.
