Hope Brothers is a niche, veteran-owned and operated real estate company that focuses on investment sales. Its mission is to provide world-class customer service, professionalism and value generation for its clients.

Founded by a United States Air Force fighter pilot, Charlie Hope, Hope Brothers bases its values on the same pillars that we rely on to defend this country: integrity, service and excellence.

Hope Brothers provides advisory, marketing and transactional brokerage services for owners of self storage, manufactured housing and multifamily assets.

Charlie Hope

Charlie graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and pursued his childhood dream of becoming an Air Force fighter pilot. Three years and over 400 jet flight hours later, Charlie achieved the status of mission qualified F-16 pilot. Unfortunately, six months after graduation Charlie was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and was told he could no longer fly in the Air Force. Though this was emotionally devastating at the time, he was grateful that he had second passion in life: real estate. Charlie holds a master’s degree in real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where his master’s thesis was focused on the maturation and resiliency of the self-storage asset class. Outside of the cockpit Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and duck hunting.

Colin Knight

Colin graduated from Ole Miss where he received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and followed that with a Master of Accounting, MBA, and Master in Secondary Education. During his graduate years at Ole Miss, Colin was a founding father of the Ole Miss hockey team and played in two national tournaments with the program. Since graduating from Ole Miss, Colin has worked for the Cleveland Indians, Nashville Predators, taught 7th/8th grade math, and was commissioned as a Supply Officer in the US Navy, completing a six-year tour of duty as acquisition manager for the Ford Class CVN program in Washington DC. After getting out of the Navy, Colin went back to school for one more degree and recently graduated from the Master of Real Estate Program at Texas A&M University.
